DVLA boss honours invitation from OSP, pledges full cooperation with ongoing bribery investigations
Mr Julius Neequaye Kotey, Chief Executive Officer of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority(DVLA), has confirmed honouring an official invitation extended by the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) on Friday, reaffirming a strong commitment to transparency and accountability in public service.
In a statement released after the engagement, Mr Kotey disclosed that the meeting was attended with a full delegation comprising legal counsel and senior officials.
Present were Mr. Francis Boye, Ms. Esinam Kporku, and Lawyer Asibri, alongside Mr. Foster Akwasi Asante (Deputy CEO), Mr. Asibiri (Manager, Legal), Mr. Iddisah Seidu Yeboah (Deputy CEO), and Hon. Nii Ashie Kotey, Member of Parliament for Odododiodio.
He expressed appreciation for what was described as the “professionalism and decorum” of the OSP officers during the proceedings.
“I have given them my assurance of unwavering readiness to cooperate fully with any investigation they deem necessary,” he stated.
The statement also extended gratitude to members of the public and supporters who showed solidarity, urging continued commitment to ethical leadership and nation-building.
“Let us remain committed to working with integrity to reset and build a better Ghana,” he added.
