DVLA CEO honoured at Global World Respected CEO Awards
The Chief Executive Officer of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), Julius Neequaye Kotey, has been honoured at the Global World Respected CEO Awards.
Mr. Kotey received two awards — Excellence in Transformational Public Sector Leadership and Excellence in Energy Governance in Ghana — in recognition of his leadership and contributions to institutional reform.
In a message of appreciation following the recognition, the DVLA CEO expressed gratitude to the organisers of the awards for the honour, describing it as a reflection of the collective efforts of the Authority.
He also acknowledged the support of the Ministry of Transport, as well as the board, management and staff of the DVLA, whose dedication he said had contributed significantly to the achievement.
According to him, the recognition reinforces the Authority’s commitment to innovation and improved service delivery.
Mr. Kotey noted that under his leadership, the DVLA would continue to adopt innovative approaches to address national challenges and enhance the quality of services provided to the public.
He added that the Authority remains focused on transforming its operations to maintain world-class standards and contribute to national development.
