SIC Insurance rewards agents at annual engagement meeting
SIC Insurance PLC has honoured its agents for outstanding performance at its annual engagement meeting with the Association of SIC Agents (ASICA) held in Accra.
The event brought together management and members of ASICA to strengthen collaboration, review the company’s performance and outline strategies for the year ahead. It also provided an opportunity to reflect on achievements and reaffirm commitment to delivering quality insurance services nationwide.
A key highlight of the programme was the recognition of agents who excelled in 2025, with awards presented to top performers for their dedication, professionalism and contribution to expanding the company’s reach.
Managing Director of SIC Insurance PLC, James Agyenim Boateng, expressed appreciation to ASICA executives and members for their longstanding support and role in the company’s growth.
He urged agents to remain committed as the company works towards reclaiming a leading position in the insurance industry.
“Let us rededicate ourselves to regain the number one position in the insurance industry. Collectively as agents, you remain an indispensable asset to our business,” he said.
President of ASICA, Kakra Wilson, also commended the management of SIC Insurance for what he described as improved performance under the leadership of the Managing Director.
He noted that the progress made by the company in recent times was commendable and reflected the effectiveness of current leadership and teamwork.
Top-performing agents received prizes including cash rewards and home appliances, with Michael F Koranteng emerging as the overall best agent.
