PassionAir apologises for flight disruptions on Kumasi route
PassionAir has announced significant flight disruptions on its Kumasi route, with delays also affecting some of its other domestic routes due to operational challenges.
In a press statement issued in Accra on Thursday, March 12, 2026, the airline apologised to passengers who have been inconvenienced by the delays.
According to the airline, the disruptions have mainly affected flights operating to and from Kumasi, while other routes across its network have also experienced delays.
The company acknowledged the frustration the situation may have caused travellers and assured passengers that their safety, security, and well-being remain the highest priority in its operations.
PassionAir indicated that its team is working to resolve the operational issues and restore normal flight services as quickly as possible.
The airline also expressed appreciation to passengers for their patience and understanding while efforts are made to stabilise operations.
