CBG donates to Ghana Medical Trust Fund to support healthcare delivery
Consolidated Bank Ghana Limited (CBG) has made a cash donation to the Ghana Medical Trust Fund, popularly known as Mahama Cares, to support the treatment of chronic Non-Communicable Diseases.
The Fund provides assistance to Ghanaians living with conditions such as cancer, heart diseases and diabetes, helping to improve access to critical healthcare services.
Presenting the donation, Managing Director of CBG, Naomi Wolali Kwetey, described the gesture as the beginning of a strengthened partnership between the Bank and the Trust Fund.
She reiterated the Bank’s commitment to supporting initiatives that enhance healthcare delivery and improve the well-being of citizens.
Administrator of the Fund, Adwoa Obuobia Darko Opoku, expressed appreciation to CBG for the support, commending the Bank for contributing to efforts aimed at improving public health outcomes.
Dr. Kwetey was accompanied by Deputy Managing Director, Sheila Azuntaba, and other senior executives of the Bank.
