Kuami Eugene reveals how he survived at Lynx Entertainment amid KiDi and other top talents
Ghanaian music sensation Kuami Eugene has opened up about his journey at Lynx Entertainment, describing it as a period driven by determination, resilience, and personal growth rather than competition.
In an interview with NY DJ on BTM Afrika, the award-winning singer made it clear that he never considered KiDi or any other label-mate as a rival.
According to him, the motivation that fueled his rise came from his own struggles and hunger to succeed, not from trying to outshine anyone.
Kuami Eugene recounted how he entered the music scene with very little, often walking long distances just to get to the studio.
He explained that his hustle was about survival and building a future for himself, especially when others around him seemed to have certain advantages.
“I didn’t come from a place of privilege. I started with nothing, so I had to push harder,” he said.
He added that while his drive may have inspired others to step up their game, his focus remained on self-improvement and learning from the talented artists around him.
The “Angela” hitmaker’s journey highlights the power of resilience and dedication, serving as inspiration for young creatives striving to rise above their challenges.
Kuami Eugene’s story stands as a reminder that success is often built through grit, consistency and an unwavering belief in one’s own path.
