Asiedu Nketia storms Greater Accra to calm tempers
The National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, has begun a five-day tour of constituencies in the Greater Accra Region to express gratitude to party supporters and stakeholders.
The outreach programme, dubbed the “Thank You Tour,” runs from Monday, March 9 to Friday, March 13, 2026, and is expected to take the NDC chairman to several constituencies across the region.
According to the itinerary, activities for the first day on Monday will cover Ada Constituency, Sege Constituency, Ningo-Prampram Constituency, Tema Central Constituency and Ashaiman Constituency.
On Tuesday, March 10, the chairman is scheduled to visit Shai-Osudoku Constituency, Adenta Constituency, Madina Constituency, Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency, Ayawaso North Constituency, Ayawaso Central Constituency and Okaikoi Central Constituency.
The tour will continue on Wednesday with visits to Amasaman Constituency, Domeabra-Obom Constituency, Bortianor-Ngleshie-Amanfrom Constituency, Weija-Gbawe Constituency, Ablekuma West Constituency, Ablekuma South Constituency and Okaikoi South Constituency.
On Thursday, March 12, Mr. Asiedu Nketia will visit Kpone-Katamanso Constituency, Tema East Constituency, Tema West Constituency, Krowor Constituency, Ledzokuku Constituency, La-Dadekotopon Constituency and Klottey Korle Constituency.
The final day of the tour on Friday will cover Odododiodoo Constituency, Ablekuma Central Constituency, Ablekuma North Constituency, Anyaa-Sowutuom Constituency, Trobu Constituency and Okaikoi North Constituency.
The engagements are expected to run daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with meetings involving party executives, grassroots supporters and other stakeholders across the constituencies.
