GTA Deputy CEO serves as spokesperson for government delegation to Asantehene in South Africa
The Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Tourism Authority, Gilbert Abeiku Aggrey Santana, served as spokesperson for a government delegation that paid a visit to the residence of the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, in South Africa.
The engagement formed part of an official interaction between the delegation and the revered traditional ruler during his stay in the country.
Mr. Aggrey, popularly known as Abeiku Santana, described the moment as a proud one as he represented the delegation and addressed the Asantehene on behalf of the government team.
The visit highlighted the continued collaboration between traditional leadership and government representatives, as well as efforts to strengthen cultural and national ties beyond Ghana’s borders.
