Coach Otto Addo has commented on Ghana's loses after two international friendlies as part of the Black Stars' Asian tour.
While Japan beat Ghana 2:0, South Korea pinned them down 1:0. The games were meant to measure the Black Stars' preparedness for the upcoming FIFA 2026 World Cup, for which they impressively qualified. The team finished tops of Group I.
For the World Cup, there are still some months to go for us to improve. Surely also in all aspects, in pressing and creating chances, but also not allowing chances, there's still room to improve especially for Ghana. I can't speak too much about South Korea because, like I said, they did well today. But Japan on a very high level.
