Margins Group reaffirms commitment to digital trust at AI Conference 2025
Speaking at the media launch of the AI Conference 2025, organised by the Africa Education Trust Fund (AETF) and chaired by Dr. Ekwow Spio-Garbrah, the company highlighted its long-standing anticipation of the challenges AI poses—particularly the increasing difficulty of distinguishing between what is real and what is fake.
In a statement, the company emphasised that its biometric identity and verification technologies are central to safeguarding authenticity, security, and accountability in the emerging AI era.
“At Margins Group, we’ve long anticipated the challenges posed by Artificial Intelligence, especially the growing difficulty of knowing what’s real and what’s fake.
Through our biometric and identity verification solutions, we continue to ensure that people are who they claim to be,” the statement read.
Margins reaffirmed that it remains committed to driving trust, transparency, and technological integrity across Africa’s digital ecosystem.
The AI Conference 2025 aims to foster dialogue on responsible AI development and explore solutions that strengthen digital trust, data protection, and innovation across the continent.
