Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings pays courtesy call on Otumfuo Osei Tutu II

Member of Parliament for the Klottey Korle Constituency in the Greater Accra Region, Dr. Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings, has paid a courtesy call on the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, at the Manhyia Palace in the Ashanti Region.
During the visit, Dr. Agyeman-Rawlings engaged the Asantehene in discussions centred on the vital role of traditional leaders—particularly queenmothers—in promoting peace and national cohesion.
She emphasised the need to strengthen collaboration between traditional institutions and modern governance structures, stressing that bridging this gap is essential for inclusive development and sustainable peace.
The meeting also underscored the relevance of cultural leadership in community mobilisation and policy implementation at the grassroots level.
Dr. Agyeman-Rawlings expressed her appreciation to Otumfuo for his continuous leadership and dedication to preserving Ghana’s cultural heritage and unity.
