Concerned Youth of Tema commends TDC MD for inaugurating new customer-centric facilities
The Concerned Youth of Tema have lauded the Managing Director of TDC Ghana Limited, Mr. Courage Makafui Nunekpeku, for what they describe as exemplary and transformative leadership following the inauguration of three key facilities aimed at improving service delivery at the state-owned real estate institution.
The new facilities — a Business Centre, an upgraded TDC website, and a refurbished staff canteen — were inaugurated on Friday, November 14, 2025, by Mr. Nunekpeku and members of the TDC Governing Board.
According to the group, the newly established Business Centre addresses long-standing concerns raised by clients who previously had to walk long distances to access essential services such as passport photos, photocopying, and the services of a Commissioner of Oaths for document processing.
The youth group praised the Managing Director for what they called “active and effective listening leadership,” noting that the Business Centre will significantly boost customer convenience, improve service delivery, and generate additional revenue for the corporation.
The newly launched website, tdc.gov.gh, has also been hailed as a major milestone — the first of its kind for the company. The digital platform allows customers to access TDC services remotely from the comfort of their homes, eliminating the need for physical visits to the office.
In addition to the digital and service upgrades, the refurbished canteen is expected to enhance staff welfare and promote a more conducive working environment.
The group further commended Mr. Nunekpeku for his commitment, competence, and forward-looking leadership, describing his initiatives as aligned with former President John Dramani Mahama’s broader agenda to “Reset Ghana.”
They called on other state institutions to emulate TDC’s example by prioritising customer satisfaction, digital transformation, and staff welfare.
