Access Bank staff arrested for secretly recording female colleagues

Access Bank has been hit by a major scandal after one of its employees, identified as Stephen in Nigeria, was arrested for secretly recording his female colleagues in the office washroom.
Stephen allegedly planted hidden cameras in the female restroom, capturing over 400 explicit videos without the knowledge or consent of his victims.
Shockingly, the footage was stored on his personal devices and later distributed through platforms such as Telegram, OnlyFans, and other pornographic sites.
The breach of privacy, taking place within the supposed safety of the workplace, has triggered widespread outrage. Colleagues and the public alike have expressed deep concern over the violation of trust and security.
Stephen’s activities came to light after he was caught and subsequently taken into police custody.
He is currently facing charges related to invasion of privacy, illegal recording, and exploitation.
Authorities are still investigating the full extent of the abuse, including how long the recordings took place and the number of affected individuals.
The incident has raised serious questions about Access Bank’s internal security measures and its ability to safeguard employees.
Management is expected to come under intense scrutiny as the investigation unfolds, with demands likely for stronger protocols to prevent similar breaches in the future.
The actions of Stephen, a trusted employee, have left a deep scar, shaking both the workplace environment and public confidence in the institution.
