PAOG opens dedicated communication lines for Hajj 2026 enquiries
The Pilgrims Affairs Office of Ghana (PAOG) has announced the opening of dedicated communication channels to assist the public with enquiries and concerns relating to the 2026 Hajj operations.
According to PAOG, the newly opened lines are intended to provide accurate information, guidance and clarification, as well as receive complaints from prospective pilgrims and members of the public on all matters connected to Hajj 2026.
A statement from the PAOG Communication Directorate indicated that individuals seeking assistance can call, send text messages or contact the office via WhatsApp on 0537383992 for prompt support.
The office explained that the initiative forms part of broader efforts to promote transparency, enhance coordination and ensure timely dissemination of information as preparations for the 2026 Hajj continue.
PAOG has therefore encouraged the public to make full use of the communication channels for any Hajj-related issues, assuring that all enquiries and concerns will be duly attended to.
