DVLA CEO commends Deputy Transport Minister for inspirational visit
The Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), Mr. Julius Neequaye Kotey, has expressed profound appreciation to the Deputy Minister of Transport, Miss Dorcas Affo-Toffey, for her inspiring visit to the Authority.
According to Mr. Kotey, the Deputy Minister’s words of encouragement and motivation during her interaction with management and staff were deeply appreciated and have further energised the DVLA team to continue delivering efficient and customer-focused services.
“Your words of inspiration and motivation during your visit are well-received and deeply appreciated.
We are truly grateful for your time and encouragement.
Indeed, the Almighty has a plan for us all,” Mr. Kotey stated.
The visit formed part of the Deputy Minister’s ongoing engagement with agencies under the Ministry of Transport to assess operations, strengthen collaboration, and motivate staff toward achieving the government’s transport sector goals.
Hon. Affo-Toffey commended the DVLA for its efforts in improving service delivery through digital innovation and customer satisfaction, urging staff to remain committed to professionalism and integrity.
