The award-winning band FRA! has announced "preparations are officially underway" for their 2026 FRA!ternity Festival, which brings together music lovers from diverse races, backgrounds, creeds, and social stations - in tandem with the meaning of their name which means 'to mix'.

For the new year festival, the Amen hitmaker revealed, support would come from "the British Council Festival Connects Fund".

FRA! explained the Festival Connects Fund empowered cultural organisations, festivals, artists, and creatives between the countries of Sub-Saharan Africa and the United Kingdom "to create art, build networks, collaborate and develop markets and share artists’ work with audiences".

FRA!ternity Festival 2026 is in collaboration with Cornish Bank UK, and will take place on a yet-to-be-communicated date in January 2026.

Dandan Woho (Twirl) is FRA!'s latest offering. The original Highlife version was unveiled at the 2025 FRA!ternity Festival at Alliance Francaise, featuring singer Nyamekye and rapper Yung Pabi.

The band has returned from their 2025 Europe tour recently released a new Funk version of the song which advocates positive beauty standards and self-esteem.
