DVLA CEO commends staff for service reforms

The Chief Executive Officer of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), Mr. Julius Neequaye Kotey, has expressed heartfelt appreciation to the general public for their support and recognition of the Authority’s recent improvements in service delivery.
In a public statement, Mr. Kotey acknowledged the widespread commendation from citizens, noting that the positive feedback serves as a strong motivator for the entire DVLA team.
"It has come to my attention that many of you have expressed your appreciation for the work we have undertaken together at the DVLA," he said.
"Your kind words and recognition truly mean the world to me and serve as a powerful source of motivation for our entire team."
Mr. Kotey attributed the notable progress of the Authority to a collective effort aimed at enhancing efficiency, embracing innovation, and fostering greater transparency.
Under his leadership, the DVLA has undertaken a number of reforms to streamline services and improve the user experience.
He emphasised that feedback from the public—both positive and constructive—remains vital to the DVLA’s continuous improvement.
"Your feedback fuels our commitment to continuous improvement and inspires us to reach even greater heights in service delivery," he stated.
Mr. Kotey reaffirmed the Authority’s commitment to maintaining the momentum of progress, assuring the public that the DVLA will continue to evolve as a responsive and trustworthy institution.
