Atidefe Foundation honoured for community development initiatives
The Atidefe Foundation has been recognised with a citation in honour of its contribution to community development through agriculture, youth empowerment and education.
The citation acknowledges the Foundation's efforts in promoting sustainable livelihoods through its Free Coconut Seedlings Distribution Project, as well as its support for young people through empowerment programmes and educational scholarships.
The Founder of the Foundation, Thomas Yao Atidefe, said the recognition serves as motivation to expand the Foundation's activities and reach more beneficiaries.
He expressed appreciation to the Foundation's partners, supporters and volunteers for their contribution to the success of its programmes, noting that the recognition reflects their collective efforts.
Hon. Atidefe reaffirmed the Foundation's commitment to implementing initiatives that improve livelihoods, empower young people and support community development. He also called on individuals, organisations and other stakeholders to partner with the Foundation to extend its impact across more communities.
