Lordina Mahama pays courtesy call on Ga Mantse after accident in Oti Region
The First Lady of Ghana, Lordina Mahama, has paid a courtesy call on the Ga Mantse, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, in what was described as a heartfelt visit of gratitude and solidarity.
The visit, which took place at the Ga Mantse Palace in Accra, was marked by warm exchanges and traditional courtesies, underscoring the enduring relationship between the presidency and the Ga State.
Mrs. Mahama expressed appreciation to the Ga Traditional Council and the people of the Ga State for their continuous support and hospitality.
She acknowledged the pivotal role of traditional authorities in promoting peace, unity and development within their communities.
For his part, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II welcomed the First Lady and commended her for the gesture.
He reaffirmed the commitment of the Ga State to national cohesion and pledged continued collaboration in initiatives that uplift the welfare of citizens, particularly women and children.
The meeting highlighted the importance of strengthening partnerships between traditional leadership and national institutions in advancing Ghana’s development agenda.
